 Goldratt's Implementation Thinking Process
The TOC Strategy and Tactic Tree, is a thinking process tool used to identify and synchronize all elements to one harmonious composition throughout the organizational hierarchy, across functions, and over time: the blueprint and the roadmap for an implementation.
Dr. Alan Barnard, CEO Goldratt Research Labs, reveals "over 70% of all changes implemented in a company end up in failure, either by not delivering the required objectives or actually deteriorating the performance of the organization".
