Completion of orders is subject to successful payment processing.

Return policy:

• All book sales are final - no refunds, no exchanges.
• Orders which have not been processed can be cancelled at no service charge.
• Products (other than books) that have not been used (opened, installed or accessed) can be returned or exchanged at a service charge.
• After 10 days, all sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges.
