TOC Practitioners Alliance Sharing Experience
 

The TOC Practitioners Alliance (TOCPA) is an international non-trading organization for TOC Practitioners aimed to give its members the opportunity and ability to grow their knowledge and address practical issues and challenges that they face in their quest of bringing TOC to their organizations or to their clients. 

The TOCPA motto is “sharing experience” and we are pleased to announce that the TOCPA “Sharing Experience” Presentations from around the world are being made available at TOC.tv:

TOC for Personal Growth

(29 min) Richard shares his perspective of the use of TOC and the Thinking Process tools for be used for personal development. He specifically shows specific examples of common conflicts used to understand behaviour. He developed what he calls the Model of Behavioural Choice based on values, ambitions, competences, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Evolution of a Viable Vision

(29 min) Luc Spaas shares the journey that the Caesar Group made in Viable Vision with Goldratt. He provides an historical perspective of how it all started and the actions they have taken to enter the service industry with a TOC perspective. A significant emphasis is given to the challenges and difficulties they faced through the implementation. They have not reached their Viable Vision, but as Luc explains, they are getting there.
