Keeping Critical Chain Bright

What do Delta TechOps, Lufthansa Technik, the Navy’s Cherry Point Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) and the Air Force’s Ogden Air Logistics Center (ALC) have in common?

  • Part shortages
  • Misalignment of people & parts
  • A need for focus on clear global priorities
  • How to pinpoint areas where issue resolution is required

Delta adopted CCPM to improve its performance and reduce maintenance related cancellations per day.

Lufthansa adopted CCPM to increase productivity and revenues after the loss of a large integrated customer.
