Critical Chain (CCPM) Lean Project Management
March 25, 2014 – Rantasipi Airport Congress Center, Vantaa, Finland

The Critical Chain (CCPM) method, developed by the creator of TOC Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt (1947 – 2011), has been described as the most significant development in project management methodology in forty years.

This one-day seminar introduces you to the CCPM concepts. Participants gain new insight into the fundamental nature of projects, learn the key differences between traditional project management and the CCPM approach, and will discover the implementation elements required to deliver projects in less time, on time, all the time.
