Goldratt's Executive Viable Vision Workshop

This is a unique opportunity to participate in a week long intensive work session lead personally and entirely by Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt.  The workshop is designed exclusively for C-level executives to develop a strategy for growth and stability for their company.

Dr. Goldratt will construct, together with each CEO, a viable Vision for growth and then facilitate each CEO to develop the corresponding Strategy and Tactics.  Each participant will develop the strategy for both short- and long-term growth and stability, and be prepared to communicate, polish and successfully implement it.

To ensure sufficient individual attention, relevant sharing and fruitful communicating, participation is limited to 10 companies.

Participants must be CEOs (or heads of businesses) and one additional person of their choice.

• Price: €17,500 or $25,000 (for CEO plus one)

There is no intention to commit the Company to further support or consulting.  The idea is to develop the CEO to be able to lead this growth initiative on their own.
