John presents another critical aspect of sustaining growth. He claims that it is not enough to claim Management Attention as a constraint. John shows that “collaboration” should become the greatest business strategy for sustainable growth. As the primary constraint emerges, organizations need to look for the talent, develop, create, coach and bring it into existence or else the ability to grow will be blocked. He proposed a direction of the solution, and shares what he has done to achieve it, by breaking through Barriers to Understanding, showing how to ask the right question through what he calls “pull conversations”. The last part of the presentation is devoted to list the 7 Collaboration Skills and a generic buy-in template.
